Tempered glass, and to code around a pool
Outdoor glass takes sun, heat and the odd knock, so it’s tempered safety glass, which breaks into small blunt pieces instead of shards if it’s ever broken. Around a pool there’s more to it: a glass barrier has to meet the local pool-fence code for height, spacing and gates. We build to that code, and if you’re not sure what your yard needs, we’ll walk it with you.

Two things matter for glass that lives outside in this valley: the sun and the water. Tempered glass handles the heat. For the hard-water spotting our climate leaves on a wind screen or a rail, a coating ordered on the glass keeps it easier to wipe clean. We’ll set it so it holds up and stays clear.
