Wine Room Climate Considerations

Framed Glass Wine Enclosures. Glass panels in aluminum or steel frames. Provides structural support for larger enclosures and allows for easier integration with climate control sealing.
Wine Room Doors. Single and double glass doors in swing, pivot, and sliding configurations. Doors are the critical seal point for climate control, we use proper gaskets and sweeps to maintain temperature separation.
Insulated Glass Wine Walls. Dual-pane insulated glass for wine rooms with active cooling systems. The insulated glass unit prevents condensation on the glass surface and provides better thermal separation than single-pane glass.

Wine storage requires temperatures between 55°F and 58°F. Las Vegas ambient temperatures regularly exceed 110°F. That temperature differential creates two problems for glass wine rooms: condensation and thermal leakage.
Condensation. When warm, humid air contacts cold glass, moisture forms on the surface. Insulated glass or secondary sealing systems prevent this.
Thermal leakage. Single-pane glass transfers heat faster than insulated glass. For actively cooled wine rooms, insulated glass reduces the load on your cooling system and lowers operating costs.
